To safely host the Seniors First Turkey Trot 5K event, the following roads will be closed Thursday, November 27, 2025 at the times indicated below.
Staging Area Closures: 3 a.m. until 11 a.m.
- Robinson Street from Rosalind Avenue to Eola Drive
- Eola Drive from Robinson Street to Washington Street
Race Route Closures: 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
- Rosalind Avenue from Robinson Street to Amelia Street
- Amelia Street from Magnolia Avenue to Hyer Avenue
- Hyer Avenue from Amelia Street to Jefferson Street
- Jefferson Street from Hyer Avenue to Thornton Avenue
- Thornton Avenue from Jefferson Street to Central Boulevard
- Central Blvd from Jefferson Street to Hyer Avenue
- Hyer Avenue from Central Boulevard to Church Street
- Church Street from Hyer Avenue to Rosalind Avenue
- Rosalind Avenue (closing two lanes) from Church Street to Robinson Street
- Robinson Street from Rosalind Avenue to Hillman Avenue
During lane and road closures, temporary no parking may be in place. Notices will be posted.
All lane and street closures and listed times are subject to change based upon prevailing or unexpected conditions. Please follow posted detours while traveling in the area. The Orlando Police Department will be along the route to assist with traffic.
