Request a Dumpster Bag Pickup

Step 1.Check your eligibility

• You must have a "dumpster-in-a-bag".
• The pickup address must be in the City of Orlando Solid Waste service area

Step 2.Fill your dumpster bag

Place your dumpster bag between the curb and sidewalk, then fill it with:

• Construction materials
• Furniture
• Old appliances
• Other items you would normally throw into a typical metal dumpster.

Do not place these items in the dumpster bag:

• No food waste or other perishable waste.
• No yard waste (leaves, trees, or similar items).
• No waste that exceeds the rated weight capacity of the dumpster bag.
• No hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, or other materials that should be correctly recycled.

Don't overload the bag — if it breaks, we can't pick it up. You can find the weight capacity on the bag's original packaging.

Step 3.Request a pickup

When your dumpster bag is full and ready for pickup, let us know by requesting the pickup online.

Step 4.We will pick up your dumpster bag

We will come with a special truck to pick up your dumpster bag within 3-5 working days after you submit your request. Bags must stay at the curb until pickup. If your HOA asks, let them know it’s required by the city.

Step 5.Check your OUC bill

The City of Orlando charges $100 per dumpster bag picked up. This charge will show on your OUC bill within 1-2 bill cycles.
