As part of the Future-Ready City Master Plan strategy to provide better internet connectivity to residents and bridge the digital divide, the City of Orlando is offering a Laptop, WiFi hotspot and tablet checkout program to provide residents with the opportunity to checkout a device, at no cost, for a two-week time period.

These devices provide residents the opportunity to be connected to employment searches, online education and job training or to connect with friends and family virtually.

In-person

Step 1.Check Eligibility

A person must be a City of Orlando resident to check out a device. Even though an address may say Orlando, it might be in unincorporated Orange County or another nearby city.
