Step 1.Check your eligibility

• We will repair (not replace) bins with fixable parts.
• We only replace bins with unrepairable broken parts, cracks or holes.
• Scratched, dirty or foul-smelling bins are not eligible for replacement.
• You must live in the City of Orlando Solid Waste service area.

Check your address first: Although your address may say Orlando, you might be in unincorporated Orange County where waste services are handled by Orange County Utilities. Make sure you're in Orlando city limits before you continue.

Step 2.Request your recycling or trash cart

If you need new service, need a repair or replacement, or your bin was lost, you can fill out the online form.

Step 3.Receive your bin

If you are eligible, we will deliver your bin or repair it within about 10-14 days. If you need a repair or replacement, make sure your existing cart is visible and accessible from the road during this period of time.

If your HOA contacts you about leaving the bin out while you wait for its repair or replacement, please let us know right away.

Step 4.Use and maintain your new bin

You can use your new bin as soon as you receive it! You can keep your bin clean with water and a household cleaner. Make sure you rinse over your lawn and do not let the water get into a storm drain to help keep our lakes beautiful.
