Use the fee schedule below to estimate the cost per seat based on your proposed seating area.

• Indoor: $243.60
• Outdoor (covered/awning): $182.70
• Outdoor (uncovered): $91.35

Complete Section 1 of the DBPR seating change application. Scan and save the completed application as a PDF.

Step 5.We will review and schedule inspections

City staff will review your application and schedule any necessary inspections.

Step 6.We will contact you with your inspection results

If inspections are needed, we will contact you with scheduling and results. Based on the inspection findings, we may:

• Ask you to resize your grease trap
• Adjust your impact fees
• Update your business tax fee

Step 7.Once you have completed any inspection changes, we will return your application

Once all requirements are complete and any necessary changes are made, we will return the signed application to you.
