Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to Allow Material Storage as an adjunct use at the Audubon Park Covenant Church, established in 1954 and in continued usage ever since. The church has been home to Fleet Farming in the Audubon Park area for many years and needs space to store a limited amount of materials and equipment for that continued operation, as a side mission of the church.

Location

Located in the heart of the Audubon Park neighborhood on the north side of Chelsea St., south side of Lark Place and west side of Cardinal Rd., all north of Maguire Blvd. and west of Bennett Rd. (1.2-acres, Zone 3).
