Orlando Housing Authority (OHA) is requesting that +/-275-ft of S Lee Ave., as well as Suncoast and Parisian Alleys, between Conley and Carver Park Sts. be abandoned. This will allow for development of a 50+/- unit affordable multifamily apartment building to be constructed on the adjacent site bound by Conley St., Jernigan Ave., Carver Park St. and Short Ave.
Rights-of-Way to be abandoned: +/-275-ft of S Lee Ave., as well as Suncoast and Parisian Alleys, located between Conley St (north) and Carver Park St. (south) and between Short Ave. (east) and Jernigan Ave. (west); all located north of W. Gore St., between S. Parramore Ave. and S. Westmoreland Dr. (0.54-ac, Zone 5)
