To safely host the BLK JOY Festival at Lake Lorna Doone Park, the following road will be closed Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
- N. Rio Grande Avenue between Church Street and Central Avenue
During road closures, temporary no parking may be in place. Notices will be posted.
All street closures and listed times are subject to change based upon prevailing or unexpected conditions. Please follow posted detours while traveling in the area.
